Join SARVAC
Joining the Washington State Search and Rescue Volunteer Advisory Council (SARVAC) connects your organization to a coordinated statewide network that strengthens communication, collaboration, and operational readiness across Washington’s SAR community.
Membership ensures your team has a collective voice in advocacy, access to shared training and best practices, and representation that supports the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of volunteer search and rescue.
Membership is open to any organization in Washington State that:
- Supports the mission and purposes of SARVAC;
- Is a volunteer organization that provides search and rescue services under the auspices of the Washington State Department of Emergency Management;
- Is a Council or Association or Organization that consists of members of such organizations that are listed in #2;
- Completes the required application and pays required dues of $50/year.
